Private and Group Life Coaching

Life can be challenging. Just so you know: You do not have to run the race of life and fight this battle alone. All you have to do is let me help you get unstuck and live life on your own terms.

I know how it feels to be in your shoes. Growing up with academic, social and peer pressures, combined with physiological changes, can lead to too many battles with low self-esteem.

In my pursuit of happiness, I began looking at the choices that have led me to where I am today. I became committed to appreciating myself and being consistently true to myself on a daily basis.

I am on a journey of self-love and through my website, I am passionate about sharing powerful tools to help you lead a very happy life in school!

Have you ever had someone completely on your side? Someone who is there to challenge you when you need it, support you in everything you do, celebrate your wins with you and cheer you on through the good times and bad.

What would it feel like to have someone like that in your life? That person is your Coach!

My coaching process has the potential to effect change and transform your life, especially if you often feel confused, overwhelmed, isolated and stressed.

Many of the youths that I have worked with, through pro bono speeches in Orphanages and Girls Towns, have said that my inspirational and open style, mixed with my youthful looks and life experience, help me to quickly establish trust, rapport and connect with them, and let me know who they are!

My mission is to serve as a role model by coaching today’s youths to realize that self-acceptance and self-worth can help us to become our best self.

My coaching is for you if:

  • You are struggling in your academic studies but can’t pinpoint why.
  • You want more in your life but for some reason, you are not going for it.
  • You keep on trying but you are not really moving forward.
  • You feel overwhelmed with school assignments and are not sure where to start.

Adding the powerful tools of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to my own (along with years of life experience, which has been born from trials and tribulations), I support girls, youths, and young adults between the ages of 7 and 30, to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals.

I specialize in coaching on the following topics:

  • Low self body image
  • Self-confidence
  • Self-esteem
  • Self-worth

Other topics (below) may be relevant and can also be addressed during the coaching sessions.

  • Direction for the Future
  • Friendship and Social Relationships
  • Family Relationships
  • Stress from School
